Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at a.fraction.of.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You can also initiate a return or cancellation directly from your account.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Important  Fragile Artwork Our enamel miniature paintings are delicate, one-of-a-kind artworks. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Exceptions  Non-Returnable Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized. If you commissioned a painting specifically created for you, this item is exempt from the standard return right. You will be clearly informed of this before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at a.fraction.of.contact@gmail.com with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
