1. Overview By visiting and purchasing from A. Fraction, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products All pieces sold on A. Fraction are original, one-of-a-kind works of art. Each piece is unique and cannot be replicated. Product descriptions and photographs aim to represent each work as accurately as possible, though slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Your order is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. As each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details, including our process for damaged items.

7. Intellectual Property Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All intellectual property rights remain with A. Fraction. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, A. Fraction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or purchase of our products.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts.
