1. Where we ship We ship worldwide using DHL standard shipping.
2. Packaging Each piece is a handcrafted miniature painting made on copper with vitreous enamel. All orders are carefully packaged in impact-resistant materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
3. Processing time Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated delivery times Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on origin, destination, and customs processing. Orders may be dispatched from Lithuania or Germany.
- EU countries: 1–5 business days
- UK & Switzerland: 3–6 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–15 business days
5. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
6. Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with DHL to investigate.
